Our business conduct policies

Pride in our profession: We strive to present ourselves in a professional manner at all times. We treat our customers with respect, courtesy and gratitude. We want to be aware of and sensitive to our customer’s preferences during the course of the project and to be approachable at all times! We want to do these things much better than our competition.

 

Estimating policy: Our estimating service is free. We consider it a great honor to be chosen to come to your home and have the chance to work for you! We take notes at your home by verbal dictation and later calculate the estimate in our office. We then call you to discuss the bid. We will mail you a printed estimate upon your request. We believe your business warrants a paramount effort to compile a truthful estimate figure.

 

Cost variant policy: Possible variances in the estimate may occur because of unforeseen changes in costs, quantities, additional materials, volatile fuel prices and other uncontrollable factors. We value your repeat business & your referrals to your friends, family and neighbors so we will make every effort to minimize these variances! We will earn your business forever.

 

Coordination policy: We will handle most if not all of the purchasing, scheduling and coordinating between all parties. Our goal is to make the job as painless to you as possible.

 

Reference policy: We will be happy to provide as many references as you need. We will gain your trust and loyalty now and in the future! Repeating customers are the life blood of a business.

 

Scheduling policy: We work for one customer at a time! When your job starts we will be working for you alone, one day after another until the job is complete! We will state on the estimate the number of days the job will take. If the job requires more than the designated number of days, the labor for those additional days is free.

 

Payment policy: We are a debt free corporation because of thousands of satisfied repeating customers which continually refer us to others. This means that we do not need any payment from you until the job is completed to your satisfaction.

 

Clean-up policy: We will make all reasonable efforts to contain the dust and mess during the job. At the end of each working day and upon the jobs completion we will sweep & vacuum the job site. We believe in minimal disruption of your daily routine during the project. We request and welcome your daily & final inspections.

 

Excellence policy: Our mission is to keep your business forever, so we will not accept a job unless we are positive we can deliver 100% our customer’s expectations.

 

Warranty policy: We carry liability insurance for our customer’s protection. Proof of insurance is available upon your request. The company provides a limited warranty for one year from the date of job completion. However we are aware that all circumstances are not black and white thus we will make every effort within reason to gain your satisfaction should the need arise.

 

Consulting policy: If you ever need advice which pertains to our field of expertise call us anytime, our advice is always free

 

Off-season policy: The winter months are the most difficult times to fill. The company offers discounts on jobs scheduled during these periods.
